Important Checklist for your Session
What to Expect:

You have your own private room with a shower.
-
Shower thoroughly using provided natural body wash and shampoo.
-
Fit provided earplugs securely (your ears will be just below the waterline).
-
Pod water temperature: 35°C (comfortable skin temperature).
-
Water depth is shallow (31 cm), but contains 550 kg of dissolved Epsom salts (magnesium) for effortless floating.
-
Magnesium may cause initial itchiness or sting minor scrapes.
-
Clean water provided inside pod if salt enters your eyes.

Comfort Options:
-
Pod doors have no locks or latches.
-
Doors can be propped slightly open with provided stoppers for airflow.
-
Interior pod lights are optional (switch located inside pod, on your left).
-
Gentle music signals the end of your float session.
​
After Your Float:
-
Rinse ears thoroughly to prevent magnesium crystallisation and discomfort.
-
Vacate your room within 15 minutes to allow preparation for the next client.

Enjoy our Refresh Room with mirrors, toiletries, and hairdryers after your float (bring a hairbrush if desired).
Single Float Pod


Double Float Sessions
(Double float allows two people to float comfortably together.)
Key Differences:

Cabin water temperature: 35°C.

Contains 750 kg of dissolved Epsom salts (magnesium).

Calming starlight ceiling for extra relaxation.
-
Music plays gently throughout the entire session.
Important Tips:

Shower thoroughly before entering cabin.
-
Enter and exit carefully, as floors may be slippery.
-
Cabin doors have no locks or latches, allowing easy entry and exit.
-
Vaseline sachets provided for sensitive areas.

Infrared Sauna
All the benefits of a sauna in a more relaxing comfortable temperature.
Recommended session duration: 30–35 minutes maximum.

If you feel faint or uncomfortable, exit immediately.
-
Drink water regularly to maintain hydration levels.
-
Sauna is prohibited for pregnant women, those with low blood pressure, kidney issues, or who take specific medications affecting blood pressure or causing dizziness.

After your sauna:

Cool down gently, rehydrate, and use our Refresh Room facilities, or have a quick rinse with a room temperature water shower before you float.
