Experience A Soundbath

Sound healing sessions, also known as sound baths, are designed to restore our natural balance and harmony. In a sound healing session, you will lie down comfortably and listen to the soothing sounds of various instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, deep base drums, several crystalline instruments, chimes and more. The sound waves will penetrate your body and mind, creating a deep state of relaxation and meditation. You may also experience physical sensations, emotional release, or spiritual insights.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations & frequencies to promote healing, relaxation, and well-being. It is based on the idea that everything in the universe, including ourselves, has a natural frequency and resonance. When we are in harmony with our own frequency, we experience health and happiness. When we are out of tune, we experience stress, illness, and disharmony.
